We currently have 2bdr and 3bdr duplexes available.
Available now:
Taking applications for 2bdrs: $755 per month. Available early summer.
3bdr/2ba now : $855 per month
We will accept applications and create/maintain a waiting list for units that are more than one month from availability. Once a security deposit is received the unit will then be reserved for the new resident.
